The Nieheimer cheese is a traditional sour milk cheese from east Westphalia, to which after few maturing days a Kümmel and a salt are only attached. It does not contain color and preservatives. Herstellung: Of the Upländer farmer dairy delivered sour milk quark is placed to husbands and to the tire. After a few maturing days Kümmel and salt are mixed. On the following day the matured, peppered quark mass is formed out to Nieheimer cheese.
Haltbarkeit Stored with 6 - 8 °C is durable Nieheimer cheese 21 to 23 days.
Hersteller and Lieferant Since 1939 our Lieferantin manufactures the original Nieheimer cheese from sour milk quark after old tradition. Originally this skimmed milk cheese by many agricultural enterprises and house cheese factories in east Westphalia were produced.
